To access certain features, you must register for an account. You represent that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis and are generally non-refundable, except as expressly required by applicable law. Veriflow AI reserves the right to modify pricing with notice.
You agree to use Veriflow AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the platform to engage in spam, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veriflow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Veriflow AI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised terms on the platform. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
